Your pet’s medical records and vaccine history. You can request and obtain this information quickly and easily through our App by selecting “Request Records” and then follow the guided steps.
We recommend having a supply of prescriptions, medications, as well as food and water on hand.
If your pet has a microchip, be sure to have the microchip number and registry contact information.
A list of local shelters and/or hotels that accommodate pets.
